RETURN OF GOODS:

Don't you like the delivered goods or just did not fit the size? 

Take advantage of the possibility of returning the goods without giving a reason within 14 days of delivery of the goods. The condition is unworn, undamaged goods with original labels and packaging.

The exception are products sewn to order - baby cones, quilts/play mats and bedding with filling. 

HOW CAN YOU RETURN THE GOODS?

A) fill out the return form, which can be found here.

B) send products & return form to us at your own expense

REFUND:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

The amount for the returned goods will be refunded to you using the same payment method that we received payment from you within 7 days of receiving the goods to our warehouse/store.

We can exchange products if it's possible. Some of our products may be not available.
